In the past EFT have designed their own speaker conferences but have also taken on the task of designing for the client which includes the format, programme and execution of their conferences and seminars.

Karin and Lynne due to their past experience were given the opportunity by Clem Sunter to facilitate strategy workshops using his and Chantell Illbury’s Conversation Model. Our two powerful and dynamic facilitators also run workshops on The Achievement Process; this model is a powerful tool for effective implementation. This tool also assists leadership teams from small to large organisations to achieve their strategy outcomes. One of their recent ventures was to re-engineer a company nationally.

Here clients are given various options to suite their budget. This can be implemented as a team building event or for companies to treat long-standing clients.
